How do I apply for a medical relief fund for my treatment?
- You will need to ask your doctor or the hospital representative to contact us and provide us with details regarding your medical condition, cost of treatment and some proof that you are not able to afford the treatment. We will get one of our medical genie representatives to verify all the details of the application immediately.
How long will it take for the funds to be released for my treatment?
- We would try our very best to release the funds immediately as soon as we have verified all the supporting documents submitted. It may take 1-3 working days from the date of application. For applications outside the United States, the duration may be longer. However for some urgent cases, we could issue a guarantee of payment to the attending hospital in order to prevent any treatment delay.
